ORDER FORMS

Below are links to various Service Order Forms for your information and use.  We ask that you please anticipate your additional show requirements and complete the enclosed forms at your earliest convenience.  This will enable us to have the requested items delivered to your booth prior to your arrival.

There will be limited quantities of additional equipment available for rent at the Expo.  All on-site orders will be filled on a first come first serve basis, while availability lasts. 


We suggest completing and returning the Credit Card Authorization Form to protect your exhibiting representative from being responsible for any balance due on site.  All orders returned by fax must be accompanied by a completed Credit Card Authorization Form in order to be processed.

 

 

NOTE: All order forms should be returned to Blue Chip Expo, EXCEPT the electrical, telephone and internet service order forms which should be accessed directly from the Classic Center website at www.classiccenter.com.  The completed forms should be returned to the Classic Center, along with payment.  Questions concerning electrical and telephone service should be directed to the SITCC Convention Services Department at (706) 208-0900.

VENUE INFORMATION:

LOADING and UNLOADING of all exhibit material brought into the facility by exhibitors must be done so through the Convention Service Loading Dock at the rear of the facility.

 

THE CLASSIC CENTER WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY SHIPMENTS OF EXHIBIT RELATED MATERIALS DELIVERED TO THE FACILITY.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  If you have materials that need to be shipped to the Conference, please follow the instructions on the Shipping Information Form included in this packet.  All advance shipments should be sent to the Blue Chip Expo warehouse for arrival between Monday, January 9th and Thursday, February 2nd.  All exhibit material will be delivered to individual booth spaces prior to exhibitor set up on Monday, February 6th.

 NOTE: If you are reserving a vehicle space or large display space, you MUST bring your vehicle/large display to the exhibit hall on Sunday February 5th between 4:00PM and 6:00PM as the bay doors WILL NOT BE OPEN during regular exhibit set up on Monday, February 6th.  NO EXCEPTIONS. 

 

You must pay for all drayage charges in advance of delivery of materials to the show site.
 

EXHIBITOR INSTALLATION

Exhibitors may begin set up of individual booth displays on Monday, February 6th at 8:00AM until 10:00AM.  Exhibits will open to attendees on Monday, February 6th at 10:00AM until 5:00PM and on Tuesday, February 7th from 8:00AM until 1:00PM.

EXHIBITOR DISMANTLE

Exhibitors must begin dismantling individual booth displays on Tuesday, February 7th at 1:00PM. Removal of booth displays prior to 1:00PM is a violation of the GACP Exhibitor Contract. The exhibit hall must be completely cleared by 3:00PM that day.
