ORDER FORMSBelow are links to various Service Order Forms for your information and
use. We ask that you please anticipate your additional show requirements and complete the
enclosed forms at your earliest convenience. This will enable us to have the requested
items delivered to your booth prior to your arrival.
We suggest completing and returning the
Credit Card Authorization Form to protect your exhibiting representative from being responsible for any balance due on
site. All orders returned by fax must be accompanied by a completed Credit Card Authorization
Form in order to be processed.
NOTE: All order forms should be returned to Blue Chip Expo, EXCEPT the electrical/telephone service
order forms which should be returned to the Marriott, along with payment. Questions concerning electrical
and telephone service should be directed to the Marriott Convention Services Department at 843-686-8400.

may begin set up of individual booth displays on Thursday, February16th at 2:00PM. Set up must be completed by 5:00PM that
evening. Exhibits will be open on Friday, February 17th from 7:30AM until 3:30PM and on Saturday, February 18th from 7:30AM
Exhibitors must begin dismantling individual booth displays on Saturday, February 18th at 11:45AM. The exhibit hall
must be completely cleared by 1:00PM that afternoon.

event. We ask that you please anticipate your additional show requirements and please read the information carefully. This
will enable us to have requested items delivered to your booth prior to your arrival. If you have questions or need
