ORDER FORMS

Below are links to various Service Order Forms for your information and use.  We ask that you please anticipate your additional show requirements and complete the enclosed forms at your earliest convenience.  This will enable us to have the requested items delivered to your booth prior to your arrival.

There will be limited quantities of additional equipment available for rent, on-site at the Expo.  You must place all orders for additional booth equipment no later than Wednesday, March 8th to insure availability.  On-site orders will be filled on a first come first served basis.


We suggest completing and returning the Credit Card Authorization Form to protect your exhibiting representative from being responsible for any balance due on site.  All orders returned by fax must be accompanied by a completed Credit Card Authorization Form in order to be processed.

 

NOTE:  All rental and service order forms should be returned to Blue Chip Expo with appropriate payment, Except for the Charleston Area Convention Center order forms which should be returned directly to the facility. You should have received the Convention Center forms from Black Pages USA.   All questions related to Electrical Service, Telephone and Plumbing should be directed to the Charleston Area Convention Center at (843) 529-5026.

VENUE INFORMATION:

LOADING and UNLOADING of all exhibit material brought into the facility by exhibitors must be done so through the Convention Service Loading Dock at the rear of the facility.

 

THE CHARLESTON AREA CONVENTION CENTER WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY SHIPMENTS OF EXHIBIT MATERIALS DELIVERED TO THE FACILITY PRIOR TO EXHIBITOR INSTALLATION ON FRIDAY, MARCH 13TH.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  For advance shipments, please follow the instructions on the Shipping Information Form.  You must pay for all drayage charges in advance of delivery to your booth space.  Shipments to the advance warehouse must be sent to arrive between Monday, March 6th and Wednesday March 8th to guarantee delivery to the Exhibit Hall.  Shipments arriving after March 8th will be refused.  Direct to show shipments should be sent to arrive at the North Charleston Convention Center loading dock, to the attention of Blue Chip Expo, for arrival on Thursday, March 9th from 12:00pm – 4:00pm, only. Exhibitors may unload and bring their display materials into the facility themselves at no charge but must supply their own hand trucks, dollies and carts to do so.

 

You must pay for all drayage charges in advance of delivery of materials to the show site.

EXHIBITOR INSTALLATION

Exhibitors may begin set up of individual booth displays on Friday, March 10th from 10:00AM until 3:00PM and on Saturday, March 11th from 8:00AM until 10:00AM.  Exhibits will open on Saturday, March 12th at 10:30AM.  All exhibitors must be set up by the start of the show at 10:30AM.

 

 


EXHIBITOR DISMANTLE

Exhibitors cannot begin dismantling and removal of individual booth displays on Saturday, March 11th before the close of the show at 6:00PM.  Exhibitor dismantle will begin at 6:00PM and the exhibit hall must be completely cleared by 10:00PM that evening.
