will be participating in one of the many events for which Blue Chip Expo, Inc. serves as the official Exposition Service Contractor.
In this capacity, we will assist you in every possible way to ensure a pleasant and productive trade show.
Listed below are the items included
in your Standard Exhibitor Package as well as important information about the venue.

ORDER FORMSBelow are links to various Service Order Forms for your information and
use. We ask that you please anticipate your additional show requirements and complete the
enclosed forms at your earliest convenience. This will enable us to have the requested
items delivered to your booth prior to your arrival.
There will be limited quantities of additional equipment available for rent, on-site
at the Expo. You must place all orders for additional booth equipment no later than Wednesday, March 8th to insure availability.
On-site orders will be filled on a first come first served basis.
We suggest completing and returning the Credit Card Authorization
Form to protect your exhibiting representative from being responsible for any balance due on site.
All orders returned by fax must be accompanied by a completed Credit Card Authorization Form in order
to be processed.
NOTE: All rental and service order forms should be returned to Blue Chip Expo with appropriate
payment, Except for the Charleston Area Convention Center order forms which should be returned directly to the facility.
You should have received the Convention Center forms from Black Pages USA. All questions related to Electrical
Service, Telephone and Plumbing should be directed to the Charleston Area Convention Center at (843) 529-5026.

Furniture Rental Order Form
Exhibitors may begin set up of individual booth displays on Friday, March 10th from 10:00AM until 3:00PM
and on Saturday, March 11th from 8:00AM until 10:00AM. Exhibits will open on Saturday, March
12th at 10:30AM. All exhibitors must be set up by the start of the show at 10:30AM.
Exhibitors cannot begin dismantling and removal of individual booth displays on Saturday, March 11th before the close
of the show at 6:00PM. Exhibitor dismantle will begin at 6:00PM and the exhibit hall must be completely cleared by 10:00PM
Blue Chip Expo's on-line catalog of services contains information and order forms to
help maximize the effectiveness of exhibiting your products or services in this year’s event. We ask that you please
anticipate your additional show requirements and please read the information carefully. This will enable us to have requested
items delivered to your booth prior to your arrival. If you have questions or need additional assistance navigating
