We are pleased that your organization will be participating in one of the many events for which Blue Chip Expo, Inc. serves as the official Exposition Service Contractor.  In this capacity, we will assist you in every possible way to ensure a pleasant and productive trade show.


 

ORDER FORMS

Below are links to various Service Order Forms for your information and use.  We ask that you please anticipate your additional show requirements and complete the enclosed forms at your earliest convenience.  This will enable us to have the requested items delivered to your booth prior to your arrival.

There will be limited quantities of additional equipment available for rent at the Expo.  All on-site orders will be filled on a first come first serve basis, while availability lasts. 


We suggest completing and returning the Credit Card Authorization Form to protect your exhibiting representative from being responsible for any balance due on site.  All orders returned by fax must be accompanied by a completed Credit Card Authorization Form in order to be processed.

 

NOTE: All Service/Shipping orders should be returned to Blue Chip Expo.

VENUE INFORMATION:

THE SONESTA RESORT WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY SHIPMENTS OF EXHIBIT MATERIAL DELIVERED TO THE FACILITY.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  Please follow the instructions on the Shipping Information Form included.  You must pay for all drayage charges in advance of delivery of materials to your booth space at the Sonesta Resort.

 

Shipments to the advance warehouse may be shipped to arrive between Monday, May 1st and Wednesday May 24th.

All shipments will be stored at Blue Chip Expo’s warehouse and then delivered to individual booth spaces prior to exhibitor set up.

 

You must pay for all drayage charges in advance of delivery of materials to the show site.

 

 

 

EXHIBITOR INSTALLATION


Exhibitors may begin installation and set up of individual booth displays on Friday, May 26th from 12:00PM until 4:00PM.

 

EXHIBITOR DISMANTLE

Exhibitors must begin dismantling and removal of individual booth displays on Tuesday, May 30th at 10:00AM.  Exhibits must be completely cleared by 11:00AM that morning.

We ask that you please anticipate your additional show requirements and please read the information carefully.
