ORDER FORMS

Below are links to various Service Order Forms for your information and use.  We ask that you please anticipate your additional show requirements and complete the enclosed forms at your earliest convenience.  This will enable us to have the requested items delivered to your booth prior to your arrival.

There will be limited quantities of additional equipment available for rent at the Expo.  All on-site orders will be filled on a first come first serve basis, while availability lasts. 


We suggest completing and returning the Credit Card Authorization Form to protect your exhibiting representative from being responsible for any balance due on site.  All orders returned by fax must be accompanied by a completed Credit Card Authorization Form in order to be processed.

VENUE INFORMATION:

THE SAVANNAH INTERNATIONAL TRADE & CONVENTION CENTER WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY SHIPMENTS OF EXHIBIT RELATED MATERIALS DELIVERED TO THE FACILITY.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  SHIPMENTS SENT TO THE SITCC WILL BE REFUSED.  If you have materials that need to be shipped to the Conference, please follow the instructions on the Shipping Information Form included in this service kit.  All drayage charges must be paid in full in advance of delivery to the SITCC. All advance shipments should be sent to the Blue Chip Expo warehouse for arrival between Monday, June 19th and Friday July 7th.  No shipments will be accepted on Tuesday, July 4th. All exhibit material will be delivered to individual booth spaces prior to exhibitor set up on Wednesday, July 12th.  Shipments sent directly to SITCC, must be sent to the ATTENTION of BLUE CHIP EXPO, and will only be accepted on Tuesday, July 11th between 9:00AM and 3:00PM. Note: At the close of the conference, all outbound freight should be scheduled for pick up directly from SITCC. All shipments will require either Fedex, or UPS labels, or a completed bill of lading for the carrier of your choice.  Pick up should be scheduled for Friday, July 14th between 12:00PM and 3:00PM.  Any freight not picked up on site will be transported back to the Blue Chip Expo warehouse, and additional handling charges will be applied.

 
You must pay for all drayage charges in advance of delivery of materials to the show site.
 
 

EXHIBITOR INSTALLATION

Exhibitors may begin set up of individual booth displays on Wednesday, July 12th at 8:00AM until 1:00PM. The exhibit hall will open at 1:00PM until 5:30PM on Wednesday, July 12th, from 7:00AM until 5:00PM on Thursday, July 13th and from 7:00AM until 11:00AM on Friday, July 14th.  Note: If you require an earlier set up time, please request one with Blue Chip Expo. Early set up will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis, and will need to be approved by Blue Chip Expo in advance. Please be advised that the earliest access for set up will be between 5:00PM and 7:00PM on Tuesday, July 11th.

 

EXHIBITOR DISMANTLE

Exhibitors must begin dismantling individual booth displays on Friday, July14th at 11:00AM. The exhibit hall must be completely cleared by 3:00PM that afternoon.
