ORDER FORMSBelow are links to various Service Order Forms for your information and
use. We ask that you please anticipate your additional show requirements and complete the enclosed forms at
your earliest convenience. This will enable us to have the requested items delivered to your booth prior to
be limited quantities of additional equipment available for rent at the Expo. All on-site orders will be filled
on a first come first serve basis, while availability lasts.
We suggest completing and returning the Credit Card Authorization Form to protect
your exhibiting representative from being responsible for any balance due on site. All orders returned by
fax must be accompanied by a completed Credit Card Authorization Form in order to be processed.
NOTE: All order forms should
be returned to Blue Chip Expo, EXCEPT the electrical, telephone and internet service order forms which should be accessed
directly from the SITCC website at https://services.savtcc.com/coe/coe/_p1_all.aspx?oc=20&cc=EXHIBIT#JULY2017 to receive the discounted rates. The completed forms should be returned to the SITCC, along with payment.

Exhibitors may begin set up of individual booth displays on Sunday, July 23rd at 9:00AM until 12:15PM.
Exhibits will open to attendees on Sunday, July 23rd at 1:00PM until 6:00PM, and on Monday, July 24th
from 8:00AM until 3:00PM.
Exhibitors must begin dismantling
individual booth displays on Monday, July 24th at 3:00PM. Removal of booth displays prior to 3:00PM is a violation
of the GACP Exhibitor Contract. The exhibit hall must be completely cleared by 5:00PM that day.

anticipate your additional show requirements and please read the information carefully. This will enable us to have requested
