ORDER FORMS

Below are links to various Service Order Forms for your information and use.  We ask that you please anticipate your additional show requirements and complete the enclosed forms at your earliest convenience.  This will enable us to have the requested items delivered to your booth prior to your arrival.

We suggest completing and returning the Credit Card Authorization Form to protect your exhibiting representative from being responsible for any balance due on site.  All orders returned by fax must be accompanied by a completed Credit Card Authorization Form in order to be processed.

 

NOTE: All order forms should be returned to Blue Chip Expo, EXCEPT the electrical/telephone service order form which should be returned via email to Lauren Palkowski, Director of Events, at lauren@scrx.org or faxed to 803.354.9207, along with payment.  Questions concerning electrical and telephone service should be directed to the Marriott Resort and Spa Convention Services Department at 843.686.8400.

VENUE INFORMATION:

LOADING and UNLOADING of all exhibit material brought into the facility by exhibitors must be done so through the Convention Service Loading Dock at the rear of the facility.

 

EXHIBIT RELATED MATERIAL OR SHIPMENTS OF ANY KIND SENT TO THE SOUTH CAROLINA PHARMACY ASSOCIATION OFFICE AND/OR TO THE MARRIOTT RESORT AND SPA WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. NO EXCEPTIONS.  If you have materials that need to be shipped to the Conference, please follow the instructions on the Shipping Information Form included in this packet.  All advance shipments should be sent to the Blue Chip Expo warehouse for arrival between Monday, May 15th and Wednesday, June 14th. All exhibit material will be delivered to individual booth spaces prior to exhibitor set up on Friday, June 16th.

You must pay for all drayage charges in advance of delivery of materials to the show site.

 

 

 

EXHIBITOR INSTALLATION

Exhibitors may begin set up of individual booth displays on Friday, June 16th at 7:00AM until 10:00AM.  Exhibits will open that day from 10:00AM until 1:30PM.   

 

 

EXHIBITOR DISMANTLE

Exhibitors must NOT begin dismantling individual booth displays on Friday, June 16th until 1:30PM. Your exhibit space must be completely cleared by 3:00PM that day.

We ask that you please anticipate your additional show requirements and please read the information carefully.
