In this capacity, we will assist you in every possible way to ensure a pleasant and productive trade show.

ORDER FORMSBelow are links to various Service Order Forms for your information and
use. We ask that you please anticipate your additional show requirements and complete the enclosed forms at
your earliest convenience. This will enable us to have the requested items delivered to your booth prior to
be limited quantities of additional equipment available for rent at the Expo. All on-site orders will be filled
on a first come first serve basis, while availability lasts.
We suggest completing and returning the Credit Card Authorization Form to protect
your exhibiting representative from being responsible for any balance due on site. All orders returned by
fax must be accompanied by a completed Credit Card Authorization Form in order to be processed.
Your booth assignment
will be provided to you onsite. You may submit order forms without noting the booth number.
NOTE – All orders should be returned to Blue Chip
Expo, EXCEPT the Marriott Electrical Service Order Form, which should be completed and returned to the Marriott, along with
payment, for any services in additional to the standard electrical outlet provided. Questions concerning electrical,

Exhibitors may set up booth displays on Thursday, August 24th at 8:30AM. Set up must be completed by 12:00PM. The
opening luncheon will be held from 12:00 – 1:30 PM on Thursday, August 24th.
EXHIBITOR BREAK DOWN – Exhibitors
must begin dismantling booth displays on Friday, August 25th at 2:30PM. The exhibit hall must
be cleared by 4:30PM that afternoon.

help maximize the effectiveness of exhibiting your products or services in this year’s event. We ask that you please
anticipate your additional show requirements and please read the information carefully. This will enable us to have requested
