2017 MMOPA Convention and Trade Show

We are pleased that your organization will be participating in one of the many events for which Blue Chip Expo, Inc. serves as the official Exposition Service Contractor.  In this capacity, we will assist you in every possible way to ensure a pleasant and productive trade show.

Listed below are the items included in your Standard Exhibitor Package as well as important information about the venue.

Below are links to various Service Order Forms for your information and use.  We ask that you please anticipate your additional show requirements and complete the enclosed forms at your earliest convenience.  This will enable us to have the requested items delivered to your booth prior to your arrival.

There will be limited quantities of additional equipment available for rent at the Expo.  All on-site orders will be filled on a first come first serve basis, while availability lasts. 

We suggest completing and returning the Credit Card Authorization Form to protect your exhibiting representative from being responsible for any balance due on site.  All orders returned by fax must be accompanied by a completed Credit Card Authorization Form in order to be processed.


Booth Numbers:  Booth numbers will be assigned on your arrival and not before. Order forms may be completed without including the booth number.


NOTE: All order forms should be returned to Blue Chip Expo.

LOADING and UNLOADING of all exhibit material brought into the facility by exhibitors must be done so through the Convention Service Loading Dock at the rear of the facility.


THE CHARLESTON MARRIOTT WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY SHIPMENTS OF EXHIBIT RELATED MATERIALS DELIVERED TO THE FACILITY.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  If you have materials that need to be shipped to the Conference, please follow the instructions on the Shipping Information Form included in this packet.  All advance shipments should be sent to the Blue Chip Expo warehouse for arrival between Monday, August 14th and Friday September 8th.  Please note that all freight containers must be able to be transported by pallet jack or dolly.  There is no forklift access to the facility.  All exhibit material will be delivered to individual booth spaces prior to exhibitor set up on Wednesday, September 13th.



You must pay for all drayage charges in advance of delivery of materials to the show site.





Exhibitors may begin set up of individual booth displays on Wednesday, September 13th at 9:00AM.  Set up must be completed by 5:00pm and exhibits will open on Thursday, September 14th at 7:00am.



Exhibitors must begin dismantling individual booth displays on Saturday, September 16th at 1:00PM.  The exhibit hall must be completely cleared by 3:00PM
