ORDER FORMS

Below are links to various Service Order Forms for your information and use.  We ask that you please anticipate your additional show requirements and complete the enclosed forms at your earliest convenience.  This will enable us to have the requested items delivered to your booth prior to your arrival.

There will be limited quantities of additional equipment available for rent at the Expo.  All on-site orders will be filled on a first come first serve basis, while availability lasts. 


We suggest completing and returning the Credit Card Authorization Form to protect your exhibiting representative from being responsible for any balance due on site.  All orders returned by fax must be accompanied by a completed Credit Card Authorization Form in order to be processed.

 

All orders must be accompanied by payment in full to be processed. All orders should be submitted no later than Monday, September 11th.

NOTE: All order forms should be returned to Blue Chip Expo, EXCEPT the electrical/telephone service order form which should completed and returned to The Westin.  Questions concerning electrical and telephone service should be directed to jinjin.sklar@westin.com or by phone at 912-201-2039

VENUE INFORMATION:

 

 

LOADING and UNLOADING of all exhibit material brought into the facility by exhibitors must be done so through the Convention Service Loading Dock at the rear of the facility.

 

THE WESTIN SAVANNAH HARBOR RESORT WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY SHIPMENTS OF EXHIBIT RELATED MATERIALS DELIVERED TO THE FACILITY.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  If you have materials that need to be shipped to the Conference, please follow the instructions on the Shipping Information Form.  All advance shipments should be sent to the Blue Chip Expo warehouse for arrival between Monday, August 28th and Wednesday September 13th. (no shipments will be accepted on September 4th, Labor Day). All exhibit material will be delivered to individual booth spaces prior to exhibitor set up on Thursday, September 14th.   

There is no forklift access on site.  All freight must be able to be unloaded by lift gate and moved by pallet jack or dolly to the exhibit hall.  All out bound shipments following the close of the conference should be scheduled for pick up directly from The Westin between 5:00PM and 7:00PM on Thursday, September 14th    Any shipments not picked up from the hotel before 7:00PM will be transported back to Blue Chip Expo’s warehouse and will be subject to additional handling charges.

You must pay for all drayage charges in advance of delivery of materials to the show site.
 

EXHIBITOR INSTALLATION

Exhibitors may begin set up of individual booth displays on Wednesday, September 13th from 5:00PM until 7:00PM and Thursday, September 14th from 9:30AM until 11:30AM.  Exhibits will be open from 1:00PM until 5:00PM on Thursday, September 14 ending with a cocktail reception from 4:00PM until 5:00PM

 

EXHIBITOR DISMANTLE

Exhibitor dismantle will begin Thursday, September 14th at 5:00PM. Break down before 5:00PM is not permitted. The exhibit hall must be cleared by 8:00PM that evening.
