ORDER FORMS
Below are links to various Service Order Forms for your information and
use. We ask that you please anticipate your additional show requirements and complete the enclosed forms at
your earliest convenience. This will enable us to have the requested items delivered to your booth prior to
your arrival.
There will
be limited quantities of additional equipment available for rent at the Expo. All on-site orders will be filled
on a first come first serve basis, while availability lasts.
We suggest completing and returning the Credit Card Authorization Form to protect
your exhibiting representative from being responsible for any balance due on site. All orders returned by
fax must be accompanied by a completed Credit Card Authorization Form in order to be processed.
NOTE – All orders should be returned to Blue Chip Expo. Questions concerning electrical,
telephone or audio visual services should be directed to the Hilton Convention Service Department at 843-449-5000.

SET UP – Exhibitors may set up booth displays on Wednesday, October 25th at 2:00PM. Set up must be completed
by 9:00AM on Thursday, October 26th. Exhibits will open on Thursday, October 26th
at 10:30AM. |
EXHIBITOR DISMANTLE |
EXHIBITOR BREAK DOWN – Exhibitors must begin dismantling booth displays on Friday, October 27th
at 11:30AM. The exhibit hall must be cleared by 2:30PM that afternoon. |
