In this capacity, we will assist you in every possible way to ensure a pleasant and productive trade show.

in your Standard Exhibitor Package as well as important information about the venue.

ORDER FORMSBelow are links to various Service Order Forms for your information and
use. We ask that you please anticipate your additional show requirements and complete the enclosed forms at
your earliest convenience. This will enable us to have the requested items delivered to your booth prior to
be limited quantities of additional equipment available for rent at the Expo. All on-site orders will be filled
on a first come first serve basis, while availability lasts.
We suggest completing and returning the Credit Card Authorization Form to protect
your exhibiting representative from being responsible for any balance due on site. All orders returned by
fax must be accompanied by a completed Credit Card Authorization Form in order to be processed.
NOTE – All orders should be returned to
Blue Chip Expo, EXCEPT the Electrical/Telephone Service Form, which should be completed and returned to the Marriott, along
with payment. Questions concerning electrical, telephone, internet service or audio-visual services should
be directed to the Marriott Convention Service Department at 912-233-7722.

Exhibitors may set up booth displays on Wednesday, November 15th from 10:00AM until 12:00PM.
Exhibits will be open on Wednesday, November 15th from 12:00PM until 5:00PM and on Thursday, November 16th from 8:00AM until
Exhibitors must dismantle booth displays on Thursday, November 16th beginning at 4:30PM.
The exhibit area must be completely cleared by 6:30PM.

help maximize the effectiveness of exhibiting your products or services in this year’s event. We ask that you please
anticipate your additional show requirements and please read the information carefully. This will enable us to have requested
items delivered to your booth prior to your arrival. If you have questions or need additional assistance navigating
