ORDER FORMS

Below are links to various Service Order Forms for your information and use.  We ask that you please anticipate your additional show requirements and complete the enclosed forms at your earliest convenience.  This will enable us to have the requested items delivered to your booth prior to your arrival.

We suggest completing and returning the Credit Card Authorization Form to protect your exhibiting representative from being responsible for any balance due on site.  All orders returned by fax must be accompanied by a completed Credit Card Authorization Form in order to be processed.

 

NOTE: All order forms should be returned to Blue Chip Expo.  Orders for Electrical Service should be placed with Bridgette Still, Exhibit Area Coordinator at wovirtue3@gmail.com . Questions concerning electrical, internet and telephone service should be directed to the Westin Convention Services Department at 843-681-4000.

 

For Audio Visual rentals, orders may be placed directly though the on-site provider (Presentation Services) at 843-681-4000.

VENUE INFORMATION:

LOADING and UNLOADING of all exhibit material being brought into the facility by exhibitors must be done through the Convention Services Loading Dock at the rear of the facility.

 

For detailed instructions and options for shipping materials to the Conference please review the Healthy Churches 2020 Exhibitor Information Forms 2017, included in this service kit.  If you have materials that need to be shipped to the advance warehouse for the Conference, please follow the instructions on the Shipping Information Form included in this packet.  All advance SPONSOR shipments should be sent to the Blue Chip Expo warehouse for arrival between Monday, October 30th and Friday November 10th.  All exhibit material will be delivered to individual booth spaces prior to exhibitor set up on Tuesday, November 14th.

 


 

You must pay for all drayage charges in advance of delivery of materials to the show site.

 

 

 

EXHIBITOR INSTALLATION

Exhibitors may begin set up of individual booth displays on Tuesday, November 14th at 3:00AM until 11:00PM.  Exhibits will open on Wednesday, November 15th at 8:00AM.

 

EXHIBITOR DISMANTLE

Exhibitors must begin dismantling individual booth displays on Friday, November 17th at 3:00PM. The exhibit hall must be completely cleared by 5:00PM that day.

We ask that you please anticipate your additional show requirements and please read the information carefully.
