ORDER FORMSBelow are links to various Service Order Forms for your information and
use. We ask that you please anticipate your additional show requirements and complete the enclosed forms at
your earliest convenience. This will enable us to have the requested items delivered to your booth prior to
be limited quantities of additional equipment available for rent at the Expo. All on-site orders will be filled
on a first come first serve basis, while availability lasts.
We suggest completing and returning the Credit Card Authorization Form to protect
your exhibiting representative from being responsible for any balance due on site. All orders returned by
fax must be accompanied by a completed Credit Card Authorization Form in order to be processed.
NOTE: All order forms should be returned
to Blue Chip Expo, EXCEPT the electrical/telephone and WIFI service order forms which will be sent separately and should completed

may begin set up of individual booth displays on Wednesday, January17th at 5:00PM. Exhibit set up must be completed by 12:00PM
on Thursday, January 18th. The Exhibit Hall will be open on Thursday, January 18th at 1:15PM.
Exhibitors may begin dismantling individual booth
displays on Saturday, January 20th after 6:30PM or on Sunday January 21st after 11:00AM.

help maximize the effectiveness of exhibiting your products or services in this year’s event. We ask that you please
anticipate your additional show requirements and please read the information carefully. This will enable us to have requested
items delivered to your booth prior to your arrival. If you have questions or need additional assistance navigating
