ORDER FORMS

Below are links to various Service Order Forms for your information and use.  We ask that you please anticipate your additional show requirements and complete the enclosed forms at your earliest convenience.  This will enable us to have the requested items delivered to your booth prior to your arrival.

There will be limited quantities of additional equipment available for rent at the Expo.  All on-site orders will be filled on a first come first serve basis, while availability lasts. 


We suggest completing and returning the Credit Card Authorization Form to protect your exhibiting representative from being responsible for any balance due on site.  All orders returned by fax must be accompanied by a completed Credit Card Authorization Form in order to be processed.

 

NOTE: All order forms should be returned to Blue Chip Expo, EXCEPT the electrical/telephone and WIFI service order forms which will be sent separately and should completed and returned to The Ritz-Carlton. Questions concerning electrical, AV needs and telephone service should be directed to Sales.RCAI@psav.com or cfristrom@psav.com or by telephone 904-510-3797.

VENUE INFORMATION:

LOADING and UNLOADING of all exhibit material brought into the facility by exhibitors must be done so through the Convention Service Loading Dock at the rear of the facility.

 

THE RITZ-CARLTON WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY SHIPMENTS OF EXHIBIT RELATED MATERIALS DELIVERED TO THE FACILITY.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  If you have materials that need to be shipped to the Conference, please follow the instructions on the Shipping Information Form.  All advance shipments should be sent to the Blue Chip Expo warehouse for arrival between Monday December 11th and Thursday December 21st or Tuesday, January 2nd and Friday, January 12th.  NOTE: Blue Chip Expo's office and warehouse will be closed from Friday, December 22nd until Tuesday, January 2nd. Emails and voice mails will be answered during this time frame, but deliveries will not be accepted. All exhibit material will be delivered to individual booth spaces prior to exhibitor set up on Wednesday, January 17th.  Emergency shipments may be sent to the Attention of Blue Chip Expo at The Ritz-Carlton for arrival on Wednesday, January 17th between 8:00AM and 3:00PM, only.

 

There is no forklift access on site. All freight must be able to be unloaded by lift gate and moved by pallet jack or dolly to the exhibit hall.  Blue Chip Expo will not be responsible for over-sized containers that cannot be delivered to the exhibit hall.  All out bound shipments following the close of the conference should be scheduled for pick up directly from The Ritz-Carlton between 11:00AM and 2:00PM on Sunday, January 21st.  Any shipments not picked up from the hotel will be transported back to Blue Chip Expo's warehouse and will be subject to additional handling charges.

 

You must pay for all drayage charges in advance of delivery of materials to the show site.
 
 

EXHIBITOR INSTALLATION

Exhibitors may begin set up of individual booth displays on Wednesday, January17th at 5:00PM. Exhibit set up must be completed by 12:00PM on Thursday, January 18th. The Exhibit Hall will be open on Thursday, January 18th at 1:15PM.

 

EXHIBITOR DISMANTLE

Exhibitors may begin dismantling individual booth displays on Saturday, January 20th after 6:30PM or on Sunday January 21st after 11:00AM.
