ORDER FORMS

Below are links to various Service Order Forms for your information and use.  We ask that you please anticipate your additional show requirements and complete the enclosed forms at your earliest convenience.  This will enable us to have the requested items delivered to your booth prior to your arrival.

We suggest completing and returning the Credit Card Authorization Form to protect your exhibiting representative from being responsible for any balance due on site.  All orders returned by fax must be accompanied by a completed Credit Card Authorization Form in order to be processed.

 

NOTE:  All orders should be returned to Blue Chip Expo.  Questions concerning electrical and telephone service should be directed to the PTR at 843-785-7244. All orders for electrical and or telephone service must be placed no later than February 5, 2018.

VENUE INFORMATION:

LOADING and UNLOADING of all exhibit materials being brought into the facility by exhibitors must be done through the Convention Services Loading Dock at the rear of the facility. 

 

THE SONESTA RESORT, PTR AND SHIPYARD RACQUET CLUB WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY SHIPMENTS OF EXHIBIT MATERIALS DELIVERED TO THE FACILITIES.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  If you intend to ship any materials in containers over 6' in height or 4' in width, please contact Blue Chip Expo prior to shipping to determine if delivery to the exhibit area is possible.  There is no forklift access into the exhibit space.  If you have materials to be shipped to the conference, please follow the instructions on the Shipping Information Form included in the service kit packet.  All advance shipments should be sent to the Blue Chip Expo warehouse for delivery between Monday, January 29th and Monday, February 12th.  All exhibit material will be delivered to individual booth spaces prior to exhibitor set up on Wednesday, February 14th.


You must pay for all drayage charges in advance of delivery of materials to the show site.

 

 

 

EXHIBITOR INSTALLATION

Exhibitors may begin set up of individual booth displays on Wednesday, February 14th at 7:00AM.  Exhibit set up must be completed by 9:15AM that morning.  Exhibits will open at 9:15AM.

 

 

EXHIBITOR DISMANTLE

Exhibits close on Wednesday, February 14th at 2:45PM.  The exhibit hall must be completely cleared by 5:00PM that afternoon.
