ORDER FORMS

Below are links to various Service Order Forms for your information and use.  We ask that you please anticipate your additional show requirements and complete the enclosed forms at your earliest convenience.  This will enable us to have the requested items delivered to your booth prior to your arrival.

We suggest completing and returning the Credit Card Authorization Form to protect your exhibiting representative from being responsible for any balance due on site.  All orders returned by fax must be accompanied by a completed Credit Card Authorization Form in order to be processed.

 

NOTE: All order forms should be returned to Blue Chip Expo. Questions concerning electrical, internet and AV service should be directed to the Francis Marion Convention Services Department, Jennifer Jessup at jennifer.jessup@thefrancismarion.com.

VENUE INFORMATION:


THE FRANCIS MARION HOTEL WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY SHIPMENTS OF EXHIBIT RELATED MATERIALS DELIVERED TO THE FACILITY.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  The Hotel has limited access for delivery of large freight containers.  If you intend to ship any materials in containers over 6’ in height or 3’ in width, please contact Blue Chip Expo prior to shipping to determine if delivery to the exhibit area is possible.  There is no forklift access into the hotel and an under-sized elevator.  All materials must be delivered from street level, using a lift gate equipped truck, and then moved by dolly or pallet jack, up a ramp into the hotel. If you have materials that need to be shipped to the Conference, please follow the instructions on the Shipping Information Form included in this packet.  All advance shipments should be sent to the Blue Chip Expo warehouse for arrival between Monday, February 26th and Friday March 16th.  All exhibit material will be delivered to individual booth spaces prior to exhibitor set up on Sunday, March 18th.

 

 


You must pay for all drayage charges in advance of delivery of materials to the show site.

 

 

 

EXHIBITOR INSTALLATION

Exhibitors may begin set up of individual booth displays on Sunday, March 18th at 2:30PM until 5:00PM.  Exhibits will open that evening at 5:30PM. 

 

EXHIBITOR DISMANTLE

Exhibitors must begin dismantling individual booth displays on Wednesday, March 21st at 12:00PM. The exhibit hall must be completely cleared by 2:00PM that day.
