In this capacity, we will assist you in every possible way to ensure a pleasant and productive trade show.

ORDER FORMSBelow are links to various Service Order Forms for your information and
use. We ask that you please anticipate your additional show requirements and complete the
enclosed forms at your earliest convenience. This will enable us to have the requested
items delivered to your booth prior to your arrival.
We suggest completing and returning the
Credit Card Authorization Form to protect your exhibiting representative from being responsible for any balance due on
site. All orders returned by fax must be accompanied by a completed Credit Card Authorization
Form in order to be processed.
NOTE: All booth orders should be returned to Blue Chip

Exhibitors may begin set up of individual booth displays on Thursday April 26th from 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm
and on Friday, April 27th from 8:00 am until 9:30 am. Show Hours on Friday, April 27th
are from 10:00 am until 1:30 pm. Lunch will be served in the exhibit hall.
Exhibitors must begin dismantling
individual booth displays on Friday, April 27th at 1:30 pm. The exhibit hall must be completely
cleared by 3:30 pm that afternoon.

requirements and please read the information carefully. This will enable us to have requested items delivered to your booth
