In this capacity, we will assist you in every possible way to ensure a pleasant and productive trade show.

ORDER FORMSBelow are links to various Service Order Forms for your information and
use. We ask that you please anticipate your additional show requirements and complete the
enclosed forms at your earliest convenience. This will enable us to have the requested
items delivered to your booth prior to your arrival.
We suggest completing and returning the
Credit Card Authorization Form to protect your exhibiting representative from being responsible for any balance due on
site. All orders returned by fax must be accompanied by a completed Credit Card Authorization
Form in order to be processed.
NOTE: All orders should be returned to Blue Chip Expo.
EXCEPT the electrical and telephone service order form, which should be returned to the Westin along with payment.

Exhibitors may begin set up of individual booth displays on Monday July 16th from 8:00am until 4:00pm.
Exhibits will open that evening at 5:00pm until 8:00pm and on Tuesday July 17th from 7:00am until 7:00pm.
Exhibitors may begin dismantling individual booth displays on Tuesday, July 17th
at 7:00pm. The exhibit hall must be completely cleared by 11:00am on Wednesday, April 18th.
