In this capacity, we will assist you in every possible way to ensure a pleasant and productive trade show.

in your Standard Exhibitor Package as well as important information about the venue.

ORDER FORMSBelow are links to various Service Order Forms for your information and
use. We ask that you please anticipate your additional show requirements and complete the
enclosed forms at your earliest convenience. This will enable us to have the requested
items delivered to your booth prior to your arrival.
We suggest completing and returning the
Credit Card Authorization Form to protect your exhibiting representative from being responsible for any balance due on
site. All orders returned by fax must be accompanied by a completed Credit Card Authorization
Form in order to be processed.
NOTE: All order forms should
be returned to Blue Chip Expo, EXCEPT the Marriott Resort electrical/telephone/audio visual form which should be completed
and returned to the Marriott for all orders in addition to the standard outlet provided. Questions concerning electrical and
telephone service should be directed to Marriott Convention Service Department 843-686-8400.

Exhibitors may begin set up of individual booth displays on Wednesday, October 3rd
at 1:00PM. Exhibit set up must be completed by 5:00PM that afternoon.
Set up will continue on Thursday, October 4th from 8:00AM until 9:45AM. Exhibits will be open on Thursday,
October 4th from 10:00AM until 7:00PM and on Friday, October 5th from 8:00AM until 10:35AM.
Exhibitors must begin dismantling individual booth displays at 10:35AM on Friday June 5th. The
exhibit hall must be completely cleared by 1:00PM Friday, June 5th.

event. We ask that you please anticipate your additional show requirements and please read the information carefully. This
will enable us to have requested items delivered to your booth prior to your arrival. If you have questions or need
