ORDER FORMS

Below are links to various Service Order Forms for your information and use.  We ask that you please anticipate your additional show requirements and complete the enclosed forms at your earliest convenience.  This will enable us to have the requested items delivered to your booth prior to your arrival.

We suggest completing and returning the Credit Card Authorization Form to protect your exhibiting representative from being responsible for any balance due on site.  All orders returned by fax must be accompanied by a completed Credit Card Authorization Form in order to be processed.

 


NOTE – All orders should be returned to Blue Chip Expo. Questions concerning electrical, telephone or audio- visual services should be directed to the Hilton Convention Service Department at 843-449-5000.

VENUE INFORMATION:


THE HILTON MYRTLE BEACH RESORT WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY SHIPMENTS OF EXHIBIT MATERIAL DELIVERED TO THE FACILITY. NO EXCEPTIONS.  Please follow the instructions on the shipping form included.  You must pay for all drayage charges in advance of delivery of materials to the show site.  Shipments to the advance warehouse should be sent for arrival between Monday, October 8th and Monday, October 29th.  Shipments arriving after Monday, October 29th will not be able to be delivered to the conference site.

EXHIBITOR INSTALLATION

Exhibitors may set up booth displays on Wednesday, October 31st at 2:00PM. Set up must be completed by 9:00AM on Thursday, November 1st.  Exhibits will open on Thursday, November 1st at 10:30AM. 

 

 

EXHIBITOR DISMANTLE

 Exhibitors must begin dismantling booth displays on Friday, November 2nd at 11:30AM.  The exhibit hall must be cleared by 2:30PM that afternoon.
