ORDER FORMS

Below are links to various Service Order Forms for your information and use.  We ask that you please anticipate your additional show requirements and complete the enclosed forms at your earliest convenience.  This will enable us to have the requested items delivered to your booth prior to your arrival.

We suggest completing and returning the Credit Card Authorization Form to protect your exhibiting representative from being responsible for any balance due on site.  All orders returned by fax must be accompanied by a completed Credit Card Authorization Form in order to be processed.

 

NOTE:  All orders should be returned to Blue Chip Expo.  Questions concerning electrical, telephone, internet and AV service should be directed to the SCAV office at 800-441-7228.

VENUE INFORMATION:

LOADING and UNLOADING of all exhibit material being brought into the facility by exhibitors must be done through the Convention Services Loading Dock at the rear of the facility.

THE EMBASSY SUITES RESORT WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY SHIPMENTS OF EXHIBIT RELATED MATERIAL DELIVERED TO THE FACILITY.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  If you have materials that need to be shipped to the Conference, please follow the instructions on the Shipping Form included in this packet.  All advance shipments should be sent to the Blue Chip Expo warehouse for arrival between Monday, October 15th and no later than Monday, November 5th.  All exhibit material will be delivered to individual booth spaces prior to exhibitor set up on Thursday, November 8th. 


You must pay for all drayage charges in advance of delivery of materials to the show site.

 

 

 

EXHIBITOR INSTALLATION

Exhibitors may begin set up of individual booth displays on Thursday November 8th from 10:00am until 1:30pm. The Grand Opening Reception in the exhibit hall will take place that afternoon from 4:00pm until 6:00pm. The exhibit hall will reopen on Friday November 9th from 10:50am until 11:15am and from 4:15pm until 6:00pm.

 

EXHIBITOR DISMANTLE

Exhibitors must begin dismantling individual booth displays on Friday, November 9th   at 6:00pm. The exhibit hall must be completely cleared by 7:30pm that evening.

We ask that you please anticipate your additional show requirements and please read the information carefully.
