ORDER FORMS

Below are links to various Service Order Forms for your information and use.  We ask that you please anticipate your additional show requirements and complete the enclosed forms at your earliest convenience.  This will enable us to have the requested items delivered to your booth prior to your arrival.

We suggest completing and returning the Credit Card Authorization Form to protect your exhibiting representative from being responsible for any balance due on site.  All orders returned by fax must be accompanied by a completed Credit Card Authorization Form in order to be processed.

 

NOTE:  All orders should be returned to Blue Chip Expo, EXCEPT the electrical and telephone service order form which should be returned to the Marriott, along with payment.  Questions concerning electrical and telephone service should be directed to the Marriott Convention Services Department at 843-686-8476.

 

For Audio Visual rentals, orders may be placed directly through the on-site provider (Presentation Services).

VENUE INFORMATION:

LOADING and UNLOADING of all exhibit material brought into the facility by exhibitors must be done so through the Convention Service Loading Dock at the rear of the facility.  Small packages and display items may also be brought into the hotel through the parking lot entrance outside the ballrooms.

 

THE MARRIOTT RESORT & SPA WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY SHIPMENTS OF EXHIBIT RELATED MATERIAL DELIVERED TO THE FACILITY.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  If you have materials that need to be shipped to the Conference, please follow the instructions on the Shipping Form included in this packet.  All advance shipments should be sent to the Blue Chip Expo warehouse for arrival between Monday, July 1st and no later than Wednesday, July 24th.  All exhibit material will be delivered to individual booth spaces prior to exhibitor set up on Friday, July 26th.   Booths will be assigned by the NC Dermatology Association approximately one week prior to the event.

 


You must pay for all drayage charges in advance of delivery of materials to the show site.

 

 

 

EXHIBITOR INSTALLATION

Exhibitors may begin set up of individual booth displays on Friday July 26th from 10:00 am until 1:00 pm.  Exhibits will open that afternoon at 1:00 pm.

 

EXHIBITOR DISMANTLE

Exhibitors must begin dismantling individual booth displays on Sunday, July 28th at 10:30 am.  The exhibit hall must be completely cleared by 1:00 pm that afternoon.
