ORDER FORMS

Below are links to various Service Order Forms for your information and use.  We ask that you please anticipate your additional show requirements and complete the enclosed forms at your earliest convenience.  This will enable us to have the requested items delivered to your booth prior to your arrival.

There will be limited quantities of additional equipment available for rent at the Expo.  All on-site orders will be filled on a first come first serve basis, while availability lasts. 


We suggest completing and returning the Credit Card Authorization Form to protect your exhibiting representative from being responsible for any balance due on site.  All orders returned by fax must be accompanied by a completed Credit Card Authorization Form in order to be processed.

 

 

NOTE:  Orders for additional skirted tables and Electrical service, ONLY, should be placed directly with GEMSA.  Telephone, AV and internet service should be ordered directly through the Marriott. Orders for all other equipment and services should be placed through Blue Chip Expo.  Questions concerning electrical and telephone service should be directed to the Marriott Convention Services Department at cjohnson@marriottsales.com.  Please note the telephone number shown in the exhibitor letter to contact the Marriott is incorrect. The correct number is 912-373-2007.

VENUE INFORMATION:

 

LOADING and UNLOADING of all exhibit material brought into the facility by exhibitors must be done so through the Convention Service Loading Dock at the rear of the facility.

 

 

THE SAVANNAH MARRIOTT RIVERFRONT HOTEL WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY SHIPMENTS OF EXHIBIT RELATED MATERIALS DELIVERED TO THE FACILITY.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  If you have materials that need to be shipped to the Conference, please follow the instructions on the Shipping Information Form.  All advance shipments should be sent to the Blue Chip Expo warehouse for arrival between Monday, September 9th and Thursday October 3rd.  All exhibit material will be delivered to individual booth spaces prior to exhibitor set up on Sunday, October 6th.

 

You must pay for all drayage charges in advance of delivery of materials to the show site.
 
 

EXHIBITOR INSTALLATION

Exhibitors may begin set up of individual booth displays on Sunday, October 6th at 8:00AM.  Exhibits will open on Sunday, October 6th at 2:30PM.

EXHIBITOR DISMANTLE

Exhibitors must begin dismantling individual booth displays on Tuesday, October 8th at 12:00PM. The exhibit hall must be completely cleared by 3:00PM that day.
