ORDER FORMSBelow are links to various Service Order Forms for your information and
use. We ask that you please anticipate your additional show requirements and complete the enclosed forms at
your earliest convenience. This will enable us to have the requested items delivered to your booth prior to
be limited quantities of additional equipment available for rent at the Expo. All on-site orders will be filled
on a first come first serve basis, while availability lasts.
We suggest completing and returning the Credit Card Authorization Form to protect
your exhibiting representative from being responsible for any balance due on site. All orders returned by
fax must be accompanied by a completed Credit Card Authorization Form in order to be processed.
NOTE: Orders for additional skirted tables and Electrical service, ONLY, should be placed
directly with GEMSA. Telephone, AV and internet service should be ordered directly through the Marriott. Orders for
all other equipment and services should be placed through Blue Chip Expo. Questions concerning electrical and telephone
service should be directed to the Marriott Convention Services Department at email@example.com. Please note
the telephone number shown in the exhibitor letter to contact the Marriott is incorrect. The correct number is 912-373-2007.

Exhibitors may begin set up of individual booth displays on Sunday, October 6th at 8:00AM.
Exhibits will open on Sunday, October 6th at 2:30PM.
Exhibitors must begin dismantling individual booth displays on Tuesday, October 8th
at 12:00PM. The exhibit hall must be completely cleared by 3:00PM that day.

anticipate your additional show requirements and please read the information carefully. This will enable us to have requested
