In this capacity, we will assist you in every possible way to ensure a pleasant and productive trade show.

ORDER FORMSBelow are links to various Service Order Forms for your information and
use. We ask that you please anticipate your additional show requirements and complete the enclosed forms at
your earliest convenience. This will enable us to have the requested items delivered to your booth prior to
be limited quantities of additional equipment available for rent at the site. All on-site orders will be filled
on a first come first serve basis, while availability lasts.
We suggest completing and returning the Credit Card Authorization Form to protect
your exhibiting representative from being responsible for any balance due on site. All orders returned by
fax must be accompanied by a completed Credit Card Authorization Form in order to be processed.
NOTE – All
orders should be returned to Blue Chip Expo, EXCEPT the Electrical/AV Service Form, which should be completed and returned
to the Hyatt, along with payment. Questions concerning electrical, telephone or audio-visual services should be directed
to the Hyatt Convention Service Department at 912-721-4585.
