We are pleased that your organization will be participating in one of the many events for which Blue Chip Expo, Inc. serves as the official Exposition Service Contractor.  In this capacity, we will assist you in every possible way to ensure a pleasant and productive trade show.

ORDER FORMS

Below are links to various Service Order Forms for your information and use.  We ask that you please anticipate your additional show requirements and complete the enclosed forms at your earliest convenience.  This will enable us to have the requested items delivered to your booth prior to your arrival.

There will be limited quantities of additional equipment available for rent at the site.  All on-site orders will be filled on a first come first serve basis, while availability lasts. 


We suggest completing and returning the Credit Card Authorization Form to protect your exhibiting representative from being responsible for any balance due on site.  All orders returned by fax must be accompanied by a completed Credit Card Authorization Form in order to be processed.

 

NOTE: All order forms should be returned to Blue Chip Expo, Except, the PSAV Audiovisual/Electrical order form (for any services in addition to the standard electric outlet) and PSAV Credit Card form which should be completed and returned to PSAV by fax at 904-321-5000 or by email at sales.rcai@psav.com. Questions concerning Electrical of AV services should be directed to PSAV at 904-277-1099.

VENUE INFORMATION:

LOADING and UNLOADING of all exhibit material brought into the facility by exhibitors must be done so through the Convention Service Loading Dock at the rear of the facility.

 

THE RITZ CARLTON WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY SHIPMENTS OF EXHIBIT RELATED MATERIALS DELIVERED TO THE FACILITY.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  If you have materials that need to be shipped to the Conference, please follow the instructions on the Shipping Information Form included in this packet.  All advance shipments should be sent to the Blue Chip Expo warehouse for arrival between Monday, October 14th and Monday November 11th.  Please note that all freight containers must be able to be transported by pallet jack or dolly.  There is no forklift access to the facility.  All exhibit material will be delivered to individual booth spaces prior to exhibitor set up on Thursday, November 14th. Following the close of the meeting, any shipments not scheduled for pick up by 5:00PM directly from the Ritz Carlton on Friday November 14th will be transported back to the Blue Chip Expo warehouse for pick up on Monday, November 18th. Additional handling charges will be applied.

 

EXHIBITOR INSTALLATION

Exhibitors may begin set up of individual booth displays on Thursday, November 14th at 1:00PM.  Set up must be completed by 5:30PM. There will be a Sponsored Welcome Reception at 6:00PM. and exhibits will open on Friday, November 15 at 7:30AM.
